Collecting your order

Click & Collect parcels need to be signed for at the store upon checkout for pick-up. Simply use the email copy on your phone as proof of purchase, together with your photo identification. If you authorised another person to collect your parcel, they will require photo identification to sign for and collect the parcel together with the proof of purchase. Once the parcel has been signed for, you or the person collecting are responsible for any damage or loss of items.

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 30 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 30 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund of the order value. Please contact the Customer Service if you’re unable to collect in that time frame.

This pepper spray WA product is only legal for sale and carry as a self-defence tool in Western Australia under the WA Weapons Regulations 1999. In other states and territories it is generally illegal without a specific permit, so we cannot ship there.

Keep it somewhere secure yet accessible, such as a dedicated pocket in a handbag, on your belt or in a vehicle console. Make sure the safety cap is engaged and that children cannot reach it.

No. OC spray is not recommended for snakes. Their biology and respiratory system are different, so it is unlikely to reliably deter them and may even provoke a strike. Use snake-safe behaviour and call professionals instead.
