We dispatch orders from our Sydney and Perth warehouses daily, making use of Express, Toll Express, SEKO, or Australia Post Express as our shipping vendors.

All orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST are sent out on the same day, with most being delivered within 1-3 business days.

Same Day Delivery.

If you are based in Sydney or Perth, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 11:30 am.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to other fees and charges, including Import Fees, which are charged once the shipment arrives at the destination country. Any additional fees and charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, should it be applicable.

Collecting your order

Click & Collect parcels need to be signed for at the store upon checkout for pick-up. Simply use the email copy on your phone as proof of purchase, together with your photo identification. If you authorised another person to collect your parcel, they will require photo identification to sign for and collect the parcel together with the proof of purchase. Once the parcel has been signed for, you or the person collecting are responsible for any damage or loss of items.

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 30 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 30 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund of the order value. Please contact the Customer Service if you’re unable to collect in that time frame.

This webcam cover is designed for broad compatibility with most models of laptops, tablets, and smartphones - including all major brands like Apple (MacBook, iPhone, iPad), Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, and Samsung. However, it is not suitable for full-screen or notched tempered glass protectors, as the adhesive may not bond properly.

Yes. Clean the area around the camera, align the opening, press down for around 10 seconds and slide shut. When you remove the cover, the adhesive is designed to come away without leaving residue on your device.

The ultra-thin 0.7mm profile means most laptops can close fully without the cover touching or scratching the screen.

Software is important, but a physical webcam cover guarantees the lens is blocked even if malware or a misconfigured app tries to activate it. You decide exactly when the camera can see you.
