Delivery Options in Australia:

Standard & Express Delivery.

We dispatch orders from our Sydney and Perth warehouses daily, making use of Express, Toll Express, SEKO, or Australia Post Express as our shipping vendors.

All orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST are sent out on the same day, with most being delivered within 1-3 business days.
Upon shipment, the transaction will be marked “Shipped”, and you will receive an email notification. In the event that you do not receive your purchase within 7 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Same Day Delivery.

If you are based in Sydney or Perth, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 11:30 am.
Simply choose 'Same Day Delivery' at checkout. The cost of this service will be shown to you at the checkout. 

Click & Collect.

You can pick up your orders from our Sydney and Perth warehouses during our respective business hours:
Sydney - Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm AEST.
Perth - Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm AWST, Saturday 9 am to 1 pm AWST.

International Shipping.

We also ship our products internationally, using a wide range of international shipping vendors. All orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST, are sent out the same day, with most being delivered within 2 weeks.
Upon shipment, the transaction will be marked “Shipped” and you will receive an email notification. In the event that you do not receive your purchase within 3 weeks, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to other fees and charges, including Import Fees, which are charged once the shipment arrives at the destination country. Any additional fees and charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, should it be applicable.

Collecting your order

Click & Collect parcels need to be signed for at the store upon checkout for pick-up. Simply use the email copy on your phone as proof of purchase, together with your photo identification. If you authorised another person to collect your parcel, they will require photo identification to sign for and collect the parcel together with the proof of purchase. Once the parcel has been signed for, you or the person collecting are responsible for any damage or loss of items.

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 30 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 30 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund of the order value. Please contact the Customer Service if you’re unable to collect in that time frame.

Our bundled SIM is configured for push-to-talk use in G0 Plus and G9 Plus radios. It reduces compatibility issues, gives plug-and-play setup and lets Sentriwise provide clearer support if anything goes wrong.

The 12-month data service begins as soon as the SIM is activated. Once active, it cannot be paused or put on hold, so we recommend activating close to your deployment date.

This card is intended for PoC 4G two way radios and is optimised for that traffic. Using it in other devices may breach the service terms or cause performance issues.

When the fixed validity period expires, the data service will stop. Contact Sentriwise to arrange renewal or replacement SIMs before that date so your radios stay connected.

Yes, but if you choose to use your own SIM, you are responsible for pairing and testing. Sentriwise cannot guarantee compatibility or stability with third-party SIM cards.
